各位好~
想要請各位幫忙推薦教練,真的很感謝!
1、原則上跟一般人沒兩樣,可能肌肉量少一點 (153cm 43kg)
2、左側鎖骨下方有人工血管,不適合做高強度負重
3、曾經閃到腰.....囧rz 不過因此更想要把下背練好
4、1000/H 期望費用,時間通常會約在離峰時段,人比較少
5、地點希望在台北市大橋頭站、民權西路站附近,或是隔3站以內都可以
