最近周末都會自己煮 
 
但是平日還是外食
 
想要嘗試晚餐也自己煮
 
下班到家大概七點半
 
想要十分鐘內能搞定晚餐
 
本來想煮麵的 但爬文發現麵跟湯好像要分開煮
 
想問有推薦可以麵湯一起煮 湯不會有麵粉味的麵條嗎
 
或是參考板上前人的文章 一次煮五天份的飯冷凍
 
想問菜是直接丟電鍋跟飯一起蒸熟就好
 
還是要另外煮水呢? 飯已經是熟的 怕菜會蒸不熟
 
肉類也是跟飯一樣 先煮五天份再冷凍嗎?
