說到wg大家都知道
有氧課程很多
可是有在討論的好像都是像body combat 或balance那些的
但是瑜珈課程好像很少人講
上網查資料
練習瑜伽能夠改善身體健康
增強肌肉力量和柔軟度甚至減少壓力抑鬱及焦慮症症狀
我覺得挺好的
是大家都比較沒有很喜歡靜態的課程嗎
最近上了皮拉提斯我覺得對於放鬆也蠻有幫助
不過好像很少男生會選瑜珈課..自己都覺得有點怪
這裡有男生會跟我一樣想上瑜珈課的嗎= ="
