早餐:三明治(有時不會吃)
午餐:三菜一主菜的便當
晚餐:乾麵

日常作息時間:早上八點起床,晚上十二點睡覺,偶爾熬夜,不超過兩點
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:每天30分鐘原地慢跑(會改成到操場跑步30分鐘)
我的問題:
已看過置底文,但是對均衡的飲食還是沒能很明白。
不知是否有範例菜單可以參考?
我沒有想要一下子就瘦下來,只是覺得自己體脂肪過高,所以想要減掉。
按照置底的範例,我原本的目標想減到體脂肪15%必須減9.7公斤。
所以我先以8公斤為目標,想達成這目標的話,我的飲食以及運動習慣需要做哪些調整呢?
