BMI:24.68(BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率:26(若不知道請至保健室、健身房、醫院、藥妝店等處測量,未填必砍)

三餐內容
早餐:桂X麥片一包 OR 小饅頭一顆
午餐:燙青菜+茶葉蛋(不吃蛋黃)+水煮2片肉
晚餐:燙青菜+蘋果一顆+皮蛋豆腐+肉一小碟
其他:最常喝的是水+綠茶 有時候會想喝飲料的時候會喝蘋果醋
或是蜂蜜水
日常作息時間:7點起床 12點睡覺
生活型態:大學生(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
運動習慣:星期二 五與同學游泳1小時
每天最少騎腳踏車20分鐘
洗澡前 跳有氧操20分鐘 到流汗為止
我的問題:我這兩個月大概瘦了7KG 我是希望瘦到55KG
不知道我還有沒有需要修改的
