早餐:a.玉米蛋吐司(白土司不抹醬) + 咖啡
b.龍蝦沙拉+生菜 + 咖啡
c.水煮涼麵(麵條在市場買工廠現作的那種) + 調味(自調醬油+少許糖+水)
通常是a的居多,因為在外面美而美買的
午餐:家裡的便當 通常白飯一碗半+二菜+一肉 / 外食:哨子麵
晚餐:幾乎吃家裡的 三菜一肉(偶爾是一肉一魚) 白飯一碗半
其他: 晚上約8點或8點半左右會吃1份當季水果
每天白天至少喝2.2公斤的水/晚上回家還會再喝600cc左右
日常作息時間: 12點睡覺,早上8點起床上班,下班很正常6點下班,
平時約6點40就到家了
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:(有氧運動請「務必」寫明心跳數、時間長短)
1.慢跑+快走40分鐘 (跑二圈走二圈) 周一二四五(六日看晚上有沒有出門)
2.Salsa (每周三跳二個小時)
我的問題:
從去年12月開始就大吃大喝,加上3月離職的那一個月每天都有惜別的聚會
到新公司又是吃吃喝喝,從51公斤胖到59公斤
再加上今年健檢時醫生說我的心臟無力(中西醫都說了)需要多運動
但因為以前很討厭跑步,我大概十年沒有跑步了,就先以慢跑有在動
目前我是以跑二圈快走二圈,從一開始跑30分鐘,到現在可以交叉跑
40~50分鐘(不含收操)
我沒辦法算我的心跳數,算過我慢跑一圈大概要快3分鐘,這個速度
是不是太慢了,一開始我有跑快一點點但第一圈還好,跑第二圈後就會
呼吸不順頭昏眼花的,等跑了十分鐘左右的續慢跑,差點就要直接跪倒在
操場上,所以若以我現在交叉慢跑及快走的方式,漸進的話是要讓慢跑速
度再加快順暢後,再把慢跑圈數再加長嗎?到最後再減少快走的圈數,持續
以慢跑可以跑完40分鐘?這樣漸進的方式要依什麼狀況來調整?
或是我應該是操場的長度去算我要跑幾公里,而不要以時間算呢?
