生活作息:早上八點鐘上班到下午五點半
早餐:全麥吐司*2 起司*2 桂格北海道鮮濃麥片*1包+3匙桂格大燕麥片+3匙克寧奶粉

運動結束都會在吃一顆蘋果
一三五重量訓練
一:練三角+三頭+胸+上腹肌
三:練大腿前後+上腹肌+下腹肌
五:練背+二頭
二四六有氧運動
二四跑跑步機,六就跑公園,跑步機強度為10跑65分鐘,公園跑15圈大概40分鐘(350*15
約5公里左右)
禮拜天就休息這樣
想請問一下幾個問題:
菜單這樣算太多還是太少?
去康是美量體脂肪也讓人很喪氣,雖然從24.3%->21.2%->18.3%,可是基代升到174X後好
像就沒在變動了
是重訓做不夠嗎?
還有側腹那兩塊贅肉像怪物一樣一直纏著我,運動這麼久除了看自己的手臂跟大腿稍微看
的出來有消掉體脂
還有一點點點點點的腹肌(其實是在安慰自己能有動力繼續下去= =
但是每次照鏡子還是有那兩塊,像是在對我笑一樣,讓人很氣餒。
