給你我的方式參考一下
我這6個月也在增肌減脂
肌肉量增加5kg 脂肪減掉3.3kg(體脂率18.8% => 13.2%)
作息: 早上6:xx 起床 晚上11點睡
重訓+游泳 一個禮拜5~6次, 沒事有體力會一天去二次,
一次1小時+游泳15~20分
進食: 6:xx => 低脂乳清(24g蛋白+120熱量)+香蕉
9:00 => 1)二塊滷雞塊+蛋+粥
or 2)三個肉包+蛋+粥
12:00 => 雞腿便當
15:00 => 1)一隻雞腿+全麥吐司2片
or 2)2顆蛋白 +全麥吐司2片
or 3)一顆蛋白+全家賣的法式烤雞
17:00 => (如果這時肚子還會餓的話)
or 1) 肉包x3
or 2) 香蕉 + 全麥吐司1片
18:30 重訓時間
19:30 乳清補充 然後去游泳
20:30 雞腿便當
22:30 香蕉+乳清
乳清如果前一天沒訓練 隔一天會減量
不過很少遇到這情形
