揪~~~~~竟~~~
我有沒有脫離苦主稱號的那天呢~
一個月又過去了~讓我們來看看我這個月的成績單吧!!!(點頭如搗蒜~)
身高:158

28歲不認真上班族一枚

讓我開心的事情有
1.體脂肪 31.7% -> 29.7% (心底自動開啟小花模式~~~2% in 2 months!!!!)
2.還是體脂肪 19.5kg -> 18.1kg 喔耶~
進食情況:
早餐: (運動前)牛奶、豆漿(含渣自製)約250~300ml 我估160
(運動後)7-11的紐澳良烤雞三明治280
或 7-11豬肉吉士堡350(後來都吃這個,因為才吃得飽)
午餐: 公司自助餐 飯一碗 280
主菜(肉)100-150
菜盡量拿,大概都2.5~3個拳頭吧~ 我大概都估 120-150
下午水果: 迷你香蕉(不是芭蕉)50-70
有時候是半顆芭樂
晚餐: (加班時)馬玉山+大燕麥片 約200-220
回家再來個半碗飯 一份嘴邊肉 一份青菜 大概也估200-220
(不加班)回家用力來個一碗飯 250-280
開心的菜大概也是一碗的量 100
來點肉吧 幾片豬頰肉 60-70
這個月來說有大概八成五是完全按照上面的進食計畫在操課
其他一成五的用餐情形大概就屬於不可抗力之因素~
此謂~我的飲食打逞綠八我趴~
如果非得在外面吃,則會盡量挑不油膩的菜色,
然後利用飽足感來預估熱量,
午餐大概約500啦~晚餐大概約450左右~
偶爾會覺得吃不夠或是午餐菜色實在無法入口,那我就會跑去翻點水果(芭樂番茄blah)
來補一下,盡量都貼近平常的飽足感最重要。
作息來說,一樣是個普通上班族,
運動的話還是一樣分 一三五 vs 二四
跑30-32min A (拿10kg槓片做)
4.8km左右 deadlift x 10-15
swing x 10-15
squat (each) x 10
press push x 10-15
斜靠在支架上面的
固定腳 然後上半身上下移動10-15
太空椅 2min
股四頭肌 15
伏地挺身 20

前面加上manu-bicycle x 20
後面沒做最後三個動作
然後再做一次 A
週末就~ 一天到處亂跑/騎車/游泳/玩水上活動,
一天在家裡裝死來個腦中練習,參考matrix只要晶片插入就有練到
(真可惜我不是Neo.......~"~)
心得:
1. 要抓住吃飽的感覺,當然一開始很難塞,然後吃完坐在那邊就覺得好撐啦~
習慣後就還好啦!
2. 認真做重訓/核心有差,我之前都隨便玩玩,認真做以後倒是真的才有累的感覺。
3. 其實我跑的時間簡短了,但是強度有增加 或許哪天可以達到 5km/30min吧~
中間還跑了一次nike 一起amazing!第一次路跑6km/41分鐘(好啦我弱弱的)
但是平均時數比之前跑50min還要快~
4. 我的基因就是脂肪都累積在下半身阿~
看上半身絕對不會以為我有61公斤阿~
所以現在才開始有感受到褲子又有點鬆了,
但是當然是還是不夠低~我想要再把所有的褲子都拿去改~(天方夜譚阿~~~)
5. 有些時候可能無法完全參照板娘給我的課表(我說時間啦~)
(是說,老闆們開會話比較多也不是我能控制的)
不過我記得板娘說,越貼近正常作息越好~
所以在時間上,我會盡量達到板娘的課表,吃的量是一定有達到的~
