性別:男
年齡:19
身高:170
體重:62 目標想到57kg左右
BMI:21.4
體脂率:上次量大概18%左又不過應該現在有減少一點
三餐內容
大概每餐都是大量蔬菜水果和肉片(雞、豬、魚較多偶爾牛)加上飯或其他澱粉
晚餐的量就少很多了而且晚上不太攝取澱粉但不至於讓自己餓
每餐看狀況調配但內容就是如上面所寫的
生活型態:學生
節食一段時間後會瘦且效果很顯著可是身體在那個週期之後
就會自動把消耗降低來符合食物的攝取量也就是說過了這週期節食就沒效了
必須要靠運動或是吃更少的食物才能繼續瘦
先說我的減重方式不是正確的我也知道請不要大力批判,先前瘦到63.X卡關
於是就用了很多人說的不吃晚餐減肥法,起初非常有效率一天-0.5kg可是很難過很難熬
大概用了幾天之後發現不吃晚餐也不會有餓的感覺了,體重也沒有再往下飆了
從那天之後我就開始恢復吃晚餐了,因為熬了幾天之後就真的覺得快往生了熬不下去了
我體重最重的時候93kg,我想說我一路減下來到6X都還很好瘦
但是現在想從6X~5X就真感覺蠻困難的,
我想請教,我去健身房
慢跑回來隔天量體重都是不降反增
運動後所吃的東西
量跟沒運動的時候一樣
所以我選擇用節食法
請問有沒有跟我差不多體型的人成功突破障礙瘦到5X的可以開導我如何靠運動減重
重訓、慢跑都可以,還有有沒有人教我如何節食突破障礙來到5X呢?
