我看置底文好像沒寫,就是只看熱量吃東西是不對的
比如說吃100大卡的糙米飯一定比100大卡的精緻蛋糕好(飽足感不計)
因為我個人蠻愛喝含糖飲料,就想說喝一杯然後不吃飯
不過這樣似乎也是另一種營養不均衡?應該完全戒掉含糖飲料?
這觀念是網路上看到的想說來這求證一下
