之前買了一本「永保青春的飲食」
裡面有個案例,給原po參考看看
有一位23歲的男性,從芝加哥到紐約到作者診所求診
他的食道與胃之間發生癌症
作者問他一天喝多少水
患者回:「攝取的水分不少於一般人」
在作者仔細問下才知道
他一滴「水」也沒喝,喝的是碳酸飲料及含咖啡因的飲料,一天喝7至8瓶
水與水份是不同的,身體需要的是「水」而非水份
所以多喝對身體好哇!
