國小時有60kg
國中一年級時減到43kg
當時的辦法是
早上:一包燕麥(要泡的那種 但我沒泡 乾吃一直喝水比較飽)+600c.c水
午餐:家裡準備的青菜跟魚還有一點點飯
晚餐:同上(不過在家一定用熱水沖那些菜去油)
不喝任何飲料和油的東西
晚上讀書餓了就一直吃水果(要看熱量 不是任何都能吃)
可是後來又鬆懈大吃大喝
又胖回來
我只能說真的是要定時定量
忽胖忽瘦對身體不好
月經中途還不來找我 嚇壞我了
最近都變胖了一點變53~
之前一直是在50~
因為我夏天怕熱一直穿短褲跟裙子
等我有意識時發現我已經胖了3kg
冬天穿上牛仔褲
才發現出起來很緊
大家一定不要怕熱有時候也穿穿牛仔褲
要不然自己胖了真的還不知道= =
希望我的閒聊文對大家有幫助
只能說 減肥一切靠意志力!!!!
