真正想要針對肌肉訓練是這半年左右的事情,
三年前,那時的運動習慣是一週4-5次,
只做push-up,一組10下,3-5組不等,
不規律的維持半年或是更短,
身材成了這副詭異模樣....這時約66k

從這之後,整整兩年未保持規律運動,不斷發福,
2014年尾發現襯衫要崩了,西裝褲好緊,主要為減肥,
從10月底開始做一週三次的類TABATA運動,深蹲、伏地挺身、
仰臥起坐、棒式、太空椅的組合,一個半月無調整飲食,小有成效,
從73kg到了不到71kg。
2015出國旅遊兩個月,荒廢運動又高油食物大吃,
把瘦的又補回來了,旅遊過程中,不知怎麼養成慢跑習慣,
3月回國後,那時候的運動內容為,河濱跑2K,
做三組push-up(15),再跑2.5k回來,沒有跑步就在家裡push-up,
深蹲、仰臥起坐各三組,這樣安排可以解決我不想花太多時間的問題,
僅是為了身體健康順便減肥。
跑步的話是下班後,跑完回家吃飯,徒手重訓是飯後做。
搭配無糖與低糖豆漿飲用,迅速瘦了下來,每組的數量也都提升了,
照慣例卡在70-71kg關卡。
這個階段,一週跑1-2次,在家訓練維持2天一次。伏地挺身15、
仰臥起坐30、深蹲15。身體變成這樣

思考了一下,除了原本的動作外,
加入了門上單槓和負重10kg槓片啞鈴深蹲(今天初提升到15kg)
這個月內,單槓從一組兩下,到4-6下,體重也隨之緩慢下降,
也讓體態比以往好看些,走路什麼的也感到輕鬆自在,
算是減肥外原先沒預期的好處。
從運動前會覺得煩,到現在成習慣,目標也不只是減重了。
