上班空閒的時候無意間逛到這個影片

但是按搜尋爬文好像沒有人討論
看了感覺還不錯?!
想說早上可以撥30分鐘的時間跑看看
目前爬樓梯減肥一個多月瘦1KG(每週五天-每次約20-30分)
從今天開始加上早上原地跑步半小時
有好成績在上來報告^^~
