認何一種減肥法都是去改變你的生活習慣,不管是節食..吃藥...運動.....,
如果你可以監持一輩子,那不管那一種減肥法都不會復胖.......運動減肥很健康沒錯,
問題是如果你停止運動,那又會變胖了.....正確的減肥觀應該推廣的`是一個正確而且
健康的生活習慣,這樣才能永遠不復胖....
