又回到每晚跑步的生活了ya~ - 健身

去年11月因為換部門 每天忙到11點才下班
但今年三月訓練結束 晚上又可以去台大操場跑步了
我覺得運動是很好釋放壓力的方法
前四個月幾乎沒時間休息
根本不敢想換上運動服去跑步
體重多了兩公斤 都肥在大腿和腰
但心情不只因為變肥而不好
是一整個鬱悶
做很多奇怪的事彌補無法運動的不安
(我一直去做指甲做臉弄頭髮>"<)
現在有時間跑步了
我像得了運動強迫症一樣
逼自己每晚跑個3000m(7圈)
天氣再熱一點想去台科大游泳
不知道有沒有人跟我一樣
一天沒運動就不安心??
