是的,我最近又變成暴飲暴食了:(
醒來第一件事就是想吃很多很多早餐(通常是2份,最多有到4份早餐)
之後變成早餐吃很多很飽,接著是看到東西都想吃、通通塞進肚子裡
但也不是瘋狂的亂吃(會挑也有"看"著吃下去)
曾經靠著節時從75→60,之後就一直是在60左右吃再少最多停在58
現在是在60上下(從去年暑假到今年期末有靠跑步到56)
但是期末的時候因為壓力大瘋狂的暴飲暴食(桂格大麥片+沖泡包)跟很多聚餐慶功宴
回到快58
暑假回家後不知道為什麼一直吃瘋狂吃,變成60
不知道自己怎麼了....
是刻意壓抑自己對食物的慾望,所以明明知道熱量卻還是瘋狂吃
還是因為自己不懂得節制、很貪心還是怎樣
到底是為了"吃" 還是為了"飽" 亦或是為了"滿足"感?
似乎沒吃到撐吃到脹吃到痛,就會忘了胃的存在一樣...
