又過了一個月,體脂仍不降反增 - 健身

晚餐:自助餐50元(肉*1、菜*2、白飯*1)+水果*1
日常作息時間:08:30-17:00上班
24:00(01:00)-07:00睡覺
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:走路上班 35Min/3.3KM
早餐前 飛輪間歇 20Min
午餐前 重訓 30Min
晚餐前 慢跑 60Min/9.5Km or 慢跑間歇 20Min
走路下班 35Min/3.3KM
我的問題:看體脂率雖然略微下降
但換算成體脂重 75*0.232=17.4 76*0.23=17.618
反而上升
所以到底是飲食問題還是運動太少?
每天光運動就已經花三小時左右,
再多佔用上班時間也很困擾,
而且每天都覺得痠痛,實在也無法增加太多運動
看到體重卻已快突破80心都碎了
而且體型雖然稍微壯了一點,肚子卻反而越大衣服都快穿不下
是說是否需要看醫生?又要看哪科醫生?
