好漢不提當年勇
現在我也是一星期下場打個三天而已
但高中有打過校隊的經驗是:
因為體能要求,一天要跑五千公尺*2次
熱身拉筋折返跑、重訓 (保養膝蓋)、以及長達一小時的基本動作訓練
如果是為了打羽球且想越變越強,那就需要非常多種輔助運動
跟從事其他運動的道理一樣,不但作為保護身體加強體能
且體態可以變更好
現在自己雖然早就實力退化很多
但現在再想起以前為了應付打羽球所需要的體能訓練
其實還滿心有餘悸。。:p
