午餐:
組合一:排骨便當 (炸排骨+四樣菜+飯1.5碗)
組合二:皮蛋瘦肉粥(皮蛋一個1/4油條)
組合三:大份炒麵+豆腐湯+燙青菜
組合四:大碗雞肉飯(滷肉飯)+豆腐湯+燙青菜
組合五:湯麵+燙青菜
晚餐:
組合一:便當
組合二:義大利麵
組合三:大份炒麵+豆腐湯+燙青菜
組合四:大碗雞肉飯(滷肉飯)+豆腐湯+燙青菜
組合五:湯麵+燙青菜+豆干
組合六:夜市餐(烤玉米+滷味+1/3糖飲料)電影院餐(炸雞排+炸魷魚+地瓜條 )

基本上午餐平均有4天沒吃

生活型態:上班族

慢跑20分鐘,心跳數約130~140左右

我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我不知道要如何陳述,因為這是我男友,其實我每天和他一起生活
早午晚餐都再一起,但是我很節制,避開我覺得會胖的食物還有我早上吃素
我不吃午餐,我不健康,這我知道
我不在乎他胖或瘦我都覺得他很可愛可是不健康
我也知道他吃太多動太少,但是只是要他不要吃也不是辦法
因為我們的背景和食品相關他大學念的是營養系,研究所食品
我一直都是念食品,我說吃食物別吃食品,但是太難了
大家都吃食物不吃食品 我就要餓死了去當乞丐
大家請把焦點放他身上,這星期他回家他媽咪和姊姊都說他又變胖了
然後拿磅秤來量我不敢相信
他又胖了到底是偷吃了什麼壓
我唯一想的到就是他這陣子說要均衡吃三餐
所以有吃午餐(我崩壞中)然後多增加一點點運動 難道真的是因此變胖
老實說聽說他小時候還沒當兵前很瘦,當兵噴吃得太多變65kg
後來工作維持65kg,考上研究所後
還有去學校游泳池兼差當救生員,免費游游泳,偶爾早上跑跑步(因為住宿舍)
後來交女友(在下本人我)和我一起住(套房),熱戀期抱一起時間都不夠
怎麼可能去跑步後來實驗也忙
研究所畢業,泳池兼差沒做後
工作後根本沒什麼運動,4年就變76kg啦
現在大家都有工作
我討厭運動但是我還是會動
但是我的運動不足以讓他減重降體指
我現在要鐵腕執行控制飲食和要他運動嗎
我自己都不確定
目前就由我多找他運動和多在家裡煮食物好了
請大家多幫我想想
這個胖子要如何處置
畢竟他工作壓力挺大的
給大家跪
