最近深刻的覺得運動很重要 (廢話...)
但是因為時間就是這麼少 所以想說趁上網的時候來做個運動
原則上是只要有達到滴汗的程度就好了
以消耗熱量、促進血液循環為主 沒有特別說要鍛鍊哪裡
因為如果可以上網逛逛網路 時間持續到1小時都沒關西
上網的工具以平板電腦為主 PC NB也可以
原本想要買臥式健身車邊踩邊用平板上網 但不知道會不會很晃很暈 @@
請問有推薦可以兩者兼顧的運動嗎??
