四個月前發了一篇體脂降了5但體重沒有變化的文章(自嘲應該是一肚子大便)
又經過四個月的有氧運動後 體重48-->44~45Kg 體脂23-->21
這麼說花了十個月只減了3Kg, 體脂降了7
很緩慢 但是瘦得很健康 中間也沒特別忌口
不過前半期的運動是慢跑 約35mins/5Km,有時體力特別好會跑到50mins
後半期是游泳40~50mins不休息或是滑步機45mins 速度10~13不等
(因為跑步跑得很膩)
頻率約一星期3~5次
游泳的時候 心跳沒特別算
跑步或是使用滑步機心跳都達到150左右

下半身瘦蠻多 因為原本牛仔褲是 緊到扣不起來
現在是鬆到一直掉下去XD
上半身 手臂好像有瘦一點 鎖骨已經跑出來 胸部也有點縮水XD
我身高只有155, 對我來說 減1Kg看起來就會差很多
還有 我29歲,雖然減的速度真的很緩慢 不過也成功了
我覺得我現在很健康 氣色也比以前好...以後也會持續運動
感謝fitness板上眾多版友的心得讓我可以保持意志力繼續運動
短時間內不見成效的板友 千萬不要放棄阿
持續運動總有一天會開花結果滴...
