受傷休養一週,該中斷增肌期做減脂嗎? - 健身

各位巨巨們好
小弟目前增重約四個月了,目前182/81
原本覺得進步狀況還不錯,還可以繼續增重,
但,昨天硬舉的時候下背拉傷了!
算一算因為訓練量一直有在提升,兩個月沒排deload了。
這次打算養傷一週順便讓身體休息一下
請問版上大大,若遇到受傷的的休養期,會中斷原本的增重,進行短暫的減脂嗎?
主要是有兩個選澤,
1.照常增重
疑慮: 在沒訓練的情況下,單純增加熱量盈餘是否只會增加脂肪?
2.開始減脂一到兩週
疑慮: 在沒訓練的情況下,熱量赤字會讓肌肉更容易流失嗎?
