受傷後訓練的建議 - 健身

此板若沒有先看新手區概念而PO文會被X很大>>>
但小弟情況有點不同,知道會被X還是抱著誠心來發問!!
原由.年初時小弟肱骨粉碎性骨折<上手臂接近手肘處裂成四塊>
每個月固定回醫院看復原情況,大概六月初,醫生表示
「骨頭斷裂處都已經合起來了」 然後看另一個角度X光片又說
「但中間並沒有全好」>>>意思是說呈中空狀
想求板大建議,目前情況我能做哪些訓練來加強受傷肢<右手>以及連帶關係的胸肌群
現況條件:五磅啞令X2 雙手可支撐上半身<伏地挺身未嘗試>
