過年前測試一下新菜單跑六週的成果
受傷大休三個月後這份菜單重點主要是恢復之前的肌力
但三項一起測試的結果就是臥推連原先菜單設定的98%都推不起來

體重74KG 健力年資約一年半
高槓深蹲:170KGX3 150KGX8 神經中樞已出聲:Mother fuck
臥推:105KG fail
硬舉無腰帶:180KG 200KG
(先前就是硬舉受傷,保守一點)
受傷後找過好幾位物理治療師,從放鬆熱身啟動關節排列等等一堆好好從頭學,每次練習
就乖乖的做。這真的是受過傷才知道的痛阿。
受傷不要緊,重點是爬起來後不要再走原路。
感謝健力女子的日常及這感覺已經不隊所有成員的幫忙。希望大家多多支持健力女子哈哈
