小弟我花了半年的時間
體重從原先的85KG
掉到現在剩下74KG
靠著飲食的控制和一周游泳2-3次 每次大概游90分鐘
全身幾乎都瘦了 體態也變得比之前好看很多
但是我的肚子... > <
雖然也比之前的小許多
但整體看來 還是一大圈 QQ
胸部漸漸平坦了 但是肚子還是...
有沒有人能幫我解惑???
還是傳授小弟我有效瘦小腹的秘方!!!
