只有局部會痠痛 - 健身

如題
目前健齡3個多月
穩定一週健身五天
每週都是 胸、三頭/背、二頭/腿、肩/胸、三頭/背、二頭
這三個多月來發現練後隔幾天,只有二頭和腿會有痠痛感,胸、背、三頭、肩練完身體除了疲勞之外都無感
推測可能是因為強度不夠(不確定)
不確定的原因在於二頭和腿訓練的強度都不高(二頭一週大概15組*10),卻滿痠痛的,想知道不同部位痠痛程度的差異是怎麼來的
