跑步三個月只減了兩公斤
原因我也知道,因為沒積極控制三餐熱量
只有晚餐不吃澱粉這樣而已
那天去賣場買兩公升可樂ZERO
突然想到!
兩公斤的肥肉有這麼大一罐耶~
曾經有這麼多肥肉在我身上,而現在已經
減掉了耶~~
頓時超有成就感的 <(‵▽′)>
