小妹最近剛剛接觸阻力訓練
對於很多東西都還不是狠熟悉
也爬過精華區了~~
可是有些問題還是不太清楚耶
像是拮抗肌的定義~
爬了文就有好幾種不同的說法
還有為什麼有氧運動一定要運動30分鐘以上才算阿?
運動15分鐘就不算嗎?
所以有氧運動的定義到底是什麼阿?
