可以讓特定部位瘦更快的方法? - 健身

我先聲明我知道沒有什麼只會瘦某一部位的方法
我只是想問說
像是跑步是很有效的方法 可以瘦全身
但是有沒有可以更加速讓其他部位瘦更多的方式
而不是只要瘦局部而已
我的身體從小時候常生病 到後來國小變胖 國中也是很胖
到高中因為每天要騎腳踏車上下課
還會經過兩座橋
所以練就我一身好腳力
也從高一的34腰掉到畢業31腰
害我高中想耍狠不繫皮帶都不行
體重也從78降到65左右
大學有一度很瘦 瘦到62(本人180公分
後來就一直在65.66維持平盤到當兵
至於當兵可能是作息太正常
所以胖的人會瘦 瘦的人會胖
我就變到67.68
可是退伍後 慢慢的復胖了 現在76左右
但是我胖的很奇怪
我的雙手 胸部都沒什麼肉
可是我的肚子 還有屁股與大腿都很胖
從以前胖 我就不胖手跟臉
尤其是以前我最瘦的時候臉都是凹下去的
所以我只是想問問看大家
有沒有方法可以讓局部的地方瘦更快
