BMI: 24.8 (BMI低於18.5者禁止發減肥文)
體脂率: 48.5%

我是手插腰穿白色t-shirt的媽媽
對不起不太清楚~因為胖了後很少照像
三餐內容
早餐: 一片土司+一根香蕉 or 早餐店三明治夾苜蓿芽
午餐:兩個青菜一個巴掌大的肉加半碗飯 (很固定會煮)
晚餐:比較會亂吃,韓式料理日式料理甚麼都吃,但不會大量也不愛吃油膩或油炸物
食量大概是韓式拌飯半碗,拉麵一碗吃完會很撐,便當吃不完一個
其他:不吃零食 但每天都喝一杯無糖綠茶
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
早上九點起床 中間就是跟小孩玩跟做家事
晚上五點出門上班(補習班老師,但常打混坐著上課)九點回到家
大部分是11~12點睡
生活型態:
家庭主婦 自己帶一歲半的小孩 晚上去上課時大概會走半小時的路
白天也都會帶小孩出門
運動習慣:
走路而已
我的問題:
我很想知道是甚麼原因造成我48%的體脂
因為知道了就可以針對這點做改進
(我是已經加入健身房也買教練課準備認真運動,但除了運動外我想找出高體脂的原因)
也許我的生活不是很健康~但應該只是正常胖
48%的體脂的意思不就是扣掉我的骨頭和血和器官我幾乎都是脂肪?
我以為我的作息應該就像一個一般沒運動的人一樣而已
就像有網友推文她跟我的體脂差不多,但他是比我胖了20公斤
我的體脂應該有準~因為我量很多遍
在家用T牌蠻高階的體脂計量,在健身中心用O牌的量,永遠落在46~50%
都不是吃飽了量~也有早上量過
我知道要運動是唯一的方式
但也怕我一邊運動還一邊做會讓體脂高的事
所以請大家幫我看看
