天氣冷比較不會喘?? - 健身

大家好!小弟有個問題想請問一下
小弟平常大概會跑個8-9km(大約20圈左右)
可是前幾天比較冷的時候
跑一跑發現沒有累的感覺,所以就多加了五圈
看時間速度也沒有比較慢
但是不但沒有比較累
就連喘的時間都比平常短
就算是體能進步應該也部會一個禮拜差別就這麼大吧?
想說是否是因為天氣冷的關西所以體力流失比較慢呢?
不知這樣對熱量的消耗跟天氣熱比起來是否有差別??
