最近很迷瑜伽 - 健身

一個多月前回國
因為會短期留一陣子 又不想白白浪費這段時間
就去上了傳統瑜伽
時間充裕的關係我天天去跟老師報到
連星期六也是
每天在教室至少會練一到二小時
一個月內我可以坐姿體前彎整個頭緊靠腳抱住
橋式頭離地身體完全撐起
現在開始跟學長練劈腿
我真的覺得瑜伽這項活動(運動?)很棒!
而且意外了大幅改善我的背痛跟生理痛
每次做之前的冥想引導可以讓自己安靜聽身體說話 徹底放鬆
好處多的不得了
現在自己在家每天也都會做
希望將來有天自己也能朝高階瑜伽邁進啦^_^
