三餐內容
早餐: 7-11 巧克力蛋糕或墨西哥雞肉三明治 + 25元的柳丁汁或奶茶、波密蔬果汁
午餐:跟同事一起定午餐,可能是粥、普通便當或蕃茄湯麵、乾麵等等
午餐吃的食物比較不能固定。
晚餐:住家附近的餐館,可能是酸辣湯麵、牛肉麵或 南瓜湯底的麵食料理
其他:我住在外面,沒有廚房或電鍋什麼的,只能外食
飲食部份平常上班如果同事要訂飲料,會心動的一起合訂
如果一到五的上班日都沒有訂的話,就會在假日默默的買一杯
日常作息時間:
週一至週五 → 早上7點10分起床, 中午12點半至1點半吃飯+午睡,下午大約6點下班
吃完晚餐後,大約11點左右就寢
週六、週日 → 大多9點至11點中間起床,起床的晚就早餐、午餐一起吃
假日晚上依舊在12點前睡覺(生理時鐘被固定了)
生活型態:上班族。有必要必須外勤
運動習慣:我一直都沒有固定運動習慣,心跳都維持在75~100左右
去年年底覺得心臟時快時慢,很不舒服,檢查結果發現有心律不整,
但醫生只說「比一般人要嚴重一些」,沒說要怎麼改善之類的......
大四的時候有空會在操場「走」,我試過慢跑,是慢~慢~跑~的那種,
但跑到一半心臟就很痛,所以維持了1個月我就做不下去了 Orz
今年畢業開始上班後,因為要準備考試,所以都只有晚上有空
會作一些伸展操、拉筋及仰臥起坐,維持30分鐘左右,大概一週3天
程度僅能維持身體暖和,微喘+出些汗,算不上是運動,但再多身體就不舒服了
我的問題:
1.請版上的各位看完我的簡介後,針對飲食的部份給我建議
2.另外對於運動的部份,我住的附近有學校的操場可以運動;可是平時只有晚上有空,
除了吃飯之外還要唸書(我要準備明年2月的考試),所以較偏好在室內運動,
拜託各位建議運動方式~
3.每當我下定決心要維持或加強強度時,都因為做起來很累,身體很不舒服而放棄
所以上來詢問各位版大,要怎麼保持毅力及恆心呢??
