三餐內容
早餐:沒什麼吃,偶爾吃都喜歡吃蛋餅或飯糰(有包鹹蛋的)
午餐:很正常,不過都會加五元白飯(我很少點炸雞排或炸雞腿)
我大都點滷的主菜便當
晚餐:也跟午餐差不多,都會多加五元白飯(炒麵就加麵)
其他:宵夜因為讀書都讀到12點,所以幾乎每天吃= =(可免填)
還有平均兩周會有一次聚餐(型態上以吃到飽、最近吃火鍋、或是美式漢堡居多)
日常作息時間:睡眠一天六小時,沒午睡(算很正常吧?)

生活型態:1/2大學生+1/2運動員(?)(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
運動習慣:
五天有兩天跑五公里慢跑,一天游泳2000公尺
羽球校隊(最近大約一周打兩個晚上 3hr/day)
重訓一週約30分鐘
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
我一直覺得我運動量很大,但是我肚子卻越來越大
現在32腰的褲子超緊繃
我真的覺得超奇怪的,體脂肪也比同學都還高
但是我有氧運動都比大家還多
我也很少喝飲料,大都會自行攜帶水壺
我自行推斷是吃宵夜和不定時的大餐聚會有關係?
能不能請強大的版上好友幫我解決一下問題呢?
說實話我看這個版也已經快一年了
現在進入冬天,希望把肚子消下來,不然明年又是一個大肚年.....
