如何重訓保護膝蓋? - 健身

接近100KG 因為 場地 價格以及我不會的因素 所以放棄游泳選擇慢跑消脂減重
時速8~10km/hr 跑5KM 最近加到8KM
這種重量對膝蓋相當傷 所以平時有在重訓 主要做前抬腿與後勾腿訓練股四頭 股二頭
重量大概50KG 10~12次 3~4組
如果依我的情況要保護膝蓋 應該要練肌肥大還是肌耐力? 要再多練其他部位?
要做到多少重量比較好? 還是該放棄慢跑? 有高手可以指點嗎...
目前膝蓋是不會痛 但有異狀會自行減少分量或停止
