可以靠運動量大就隨意吃嗎? - 健身

小弟去年年中開始算是開始認真的飲食
早中晚三餐 盡量都有吃飽吃足
幾乎沒有吃甜食這類的精致食品
運動量 大約就是一個月1000KM的自行車
這樣下來看我家的體脂計量的數字
大約就是維持在 體重62KG 體脂18% BMI 20
體態大約就是這樣

然後
從去年10月左右 我早上又開始回復吃早餐店 也開始有吃一些甜食
運動量大至上也是維持差不多的量 也許強度有提高
在家量的數據其實跟之前比較小心吃東西時差不了太多
現在的體態是這樣

想問問大家
為何我在吃的上面沒有比以前更注意 但體態好像也沒有太大的變化
是因為運動量夠?還是肌肉量夠?
但看起來我上身的肌肉量似乎也普通而已
體脂計測我基代是1500左右
想請問運動量夠的話是否可以不忌口呢?
