想請大家建議該買哪一組比較好
選手A:

優:價錢稍微便宜一點 變化性高 似乎可以變成槓鈴做深蹲硬舉
缺:當作啞鈴時 會突出來
選手B:

優:質感比較好 調整重量也比較快速方便 總重量較高
缺:稍貴 只能當啞鈴做
將近40歲的大媽 目標是增肌減脂 過去九個月 體重從69->62kg 體脂 36->29
主要是在健身房跟著教練做深蹲硬舉 一週兩次
弱弱的只能做到大約30kg 臥推大約20-25kg
比較少練純啞鈴的動作
教練說 目前選手A的重量還算適合我 之後就不一定了
想請各位依照我的狀況 比較適合入手哪一組呢
附註: 手邊已有彈力繩 以及跑步機
