最近疫情,只能在家用彈力繩與跑步,想解封後七月開始找教練努力重新增肌。
目前身高體重是170/61
之前會在WG運動
可能是刺激或是飲食不對
肌肉一直長不大。
不曉得有沒有台中地區推薦的教練。
