中國武術強調 外練筋骨皮 內練精氣神
講得更簡單 白話一點
一般某些訓練只訓練在外在肢體操作
而中國武術 尤其在本門某些特殊訓練方式
除了鍛鍊到你的外在體魄 更會同時使你的內臟運動到
而人只要能運動到內臟 身體健康自然會較好 日後也不容易有覆胖的情形出現
