台北游泳 - 健身

3. 運動內容:
體型就是肉肉的我 雖然不胖 但就是肉肉的
還有我下半身比較瘦不下來 所以想游泳減下半身
重點是我不會游泳XD
但是在水裡走走 動動 抬抬腿 應該會瘦巴!!?XDD
所以想找個人一起 你可以不會游 我們一起水中散步
或者你游累了 來跟我閒聊也行
目前想一個月3次 假日最好 平日的話可能就晚上
都可討論喔!!這次真的想認真瘦身^^
希望是女生 男生的話可能在討論瞜
