右邊身體肌肉較發達,導致運動偏右方 - 健身

我常常用右手的關係,常常導致我做任何健身會姿勢偏向讓右邊出力或受力較大。
請問我要校正只要改成平衡出力,強度減少,讓左手跟的上右手才是正確的觀唸嗎?
