請問練二頭時 小重量擠完力氣會更好嗎? - 健身

小弟用啞鈴鍛鍊我的小山丘時
目前10RM只能舉40磅
8RM可以舉45磅
6RM只能舉50磅
3RM則是55磅
今天暖身逐漸加重到3RM的重量沒力後
逐漸減少5磅 但因為沒力只能舉6次了
然後一直減5磅到15磅 則可以舉10次(第10次很勉強)
在想下金字塔的時候....我應該減到幾磅比較好?
會不會到一定重量以下的鍛鍊是無效的
甚至反而會減小鍛鍊成效?
請各位不吝指教
