左右手痠的程度不同 - 健身

我是右撇子,最近幾次去健身房 坐著推胸 ,總是右手比左手痠痛
在想應該是慣用手造成的,不過ㄧ般不是都沒在用的那邊比較痠嗎??
看版上有分享說 用啞鈴來訓練弱邊,想請教各位前輩,我的狀況是不是跟
大家不太同啊,該怎麼改善呢?謝謝
P.s 跑步也是右大腿比左大腿痠^^||.
