想請大家對我平日健身菜單、飲食與休息給建議,謝謝!
健身菜單
星期一 腹肌4 組、背肌5組-> 30分腳踏車
星期二 腹肌4組、胸肌10組
星期三 腹肌4組、背肌5組-> 30分腳踏車
星期四 腹肌4組、二頭肌10組、深蹲5組
星期五 腹肌4組、上胸肌10組、背肌5組
星期六 腹肌4組、三頭肌10組、深蹲5組
星期天 休息
(每組中間休息1分)
1.腹肌:每組30RM
2.背肌(目前處Phase 2):

3.胸肌(臥推):啞鈴14磅2組熱身10Reps -> 24磅6組10Reps -> 30磅7RM -> 34磅5RM
4.上胸肌(臥推):槓鈴8公斤掛10磅槓片2組熱身10Reps -> 槓鈴8公斤掛20磅槓片5組
10RM -> 槓鈴8公斤掛24磅槓片10RM -> 槓鈴8公斤掛30磅槓片6RM -> 槓鈴8公斤掛34磅槓

5.二頭肌(二投彎舉):啞鈴10磅2組熱身 -> 14磅5組10RM -> 20磅4RM -> 14磅2組5RM。
**不足10Reps的,均以另手輔助將啞鈴舉至頂峰後放開之阻力訓練補足**
6.三頭肌(仰臥三頭肌伸展skull-crusher):槓鈴8公斤掛10磅槓片2組熱身10Reps -> 槓
