吃不到基代的壞處? - 減肥

各位板友大家好
原po目前是個默默在減肥的人,也在板上潛水一段時間了
剛好最近在吃素還願,所以有以下的問題

這裡相當提倡減肥必須攝取足夠的營養
在還沒吃素的日子我也是天天吃到跟基代差不多
因為板上一直說如果不吃到基代,那就會下降
不過我想問的是說,萬一我沒有吃到基代
可是我維持一定程度的重訓及有氧,這樣子基代會下降嗎?
當然前提是可以無視飢餓感帶來的運動無力感
或是說基代不會下降但是會對身體造成什麼壞處呢
要是在這種情形下不會影響基礎代謝及身體健康的話
用吃不到基代但是重訓+有氧的方法是否就能有效減肥咧
麻煩各位大大替小弟解惑囉
