不好意思 把推文挑出來講 沒有要針對誰
那請那位醫師說明那些不節食靠運動瘦下來的人是怎麼回事?都外星人嗎?!
順便解釋一下運動能量的消耗以及選擇來源跟飲食之間的關係
講那什麼鬼話= =
要嘛他基因良好不運動體力也嚇嚇叫 或是本來就吃不胖
不然當其他靠運動減重的人都笨蛋嗎?
據我所知醫院並沒有什麼減肥科啦...
大部分都是新陳代謝科或家醫科醫師在做這塊
如果有概念的還好 沒概念就.....
妳可以看一下萬芳跟雙和醫院的模式 運動絕對有其必要性
這麼說好了(這也是雙和醫院減重門診主任說的):
減重"初期" 的確是節食會比較有成效
{這邊還有一個前提喔 個案"飲食不正常"(過量)的情況下}
但到後期 絕對需要運動的輔助才能達到減重目標
調整飲食到正常範圍 會比運動來的有效率 是有效率 不是有效而已
尤其對病態性肥胖患者而言
一個每餐三碗飯+一隻雞腿的人 你叫他"節食"到剩一碗飯半隻雞腿
當然會瘦阿 問題是已經一碗飯的 你要叫他不吃嗎?
當然 撇開身體健康不管
繼續節食一定會瘦 只是瘦了身體也壞了 您的選擇是?
那位醫師的講法在某個區間(ex.病態肥胖)及某些狀況(ex.飲食過量)下適用
並非所有人都是這樣
更何況大部分人 是因為缺少運動才造成體重日益上升...
