現在身高183 體重62 狀況是偏瘦
目前聽朋友的建議是三餐正常吃,下午跑個步約20-30分讓自己身體熱起來
再接著做伏地挺身 ,一開始數量20x3
與肩同寬做三種不一樣的
1是基本
2是腳往高處一點放
3是手往高處放做個傾斜的角度
一樣都是20x3
(數量會慢慢提高上去)
吃不胖的原因朋友都說我熬夜晚睡晚起才導致這樣要我改變生活習慣
然後跑步的時間有一定要固定?
因為自己還在讀書有在忙打工跟社團,每天有空的時間不同
請問有什麼方法可以建議我去做的謝謝!
