吃了可以馬上運動的食物 - 健身

請問一下
大家在早上運動前都吃甚麼?
通常吃飽要過一個小時後再運動會比較好
但因為趕上班需要醒來到健身房後就開始運動
大概只有20分鐘
請問有甚麼東西是20分鐘內可以消化完又能提供熱量營養又不傷胃的東西呢 @@
不要巧克力
一早起來吃那個超膩的 XD
